  • The Act of Union, 1707
  • Edinburgh Treaty,
  • Treaty of Greenwich,
  • Treaty of Westminster,
  • The Douglas Treaties of Canada, also known as the Vancouver Island Treaties or the Fort Victoria Treaties
  • The Treaties of Berwick, 1357, 1560 and 1586
  • Capitulation of Irvine


    •  The Balliol Roll, whist not a 'treaty' was a document of implied loyalty pledges
    •  The Ragman Rolls are the collection of instruments by which the nobility and gentry of Scotland subscribed allegiance to King Edward I of England
