| Carrickfergus swimmer Julie Douglas missed
out on a semi-final place in the 50m freestyle on the final day of the
European Short Course Championships (December 2004).
Loughborough-based Douglas clocked a time of 26.16 on Sunday which left
her 31st out of the 43 competitors.
Douglas' time was .51 outside her personal best set last year.
The Northern Ireland swimmer also failed to progress from the 100m
heats on the opening day of the Championships in Vienna on Thursday.
