James Douglas

James Douglas (1867–1940) was a British critic, newspaper editor and
author.
James Douglas was born in Belfast. He moved to London, and
became assistant editor and literary critic of the London Star.
Subsequently he became editor of the Sunday Express in 1920 and
held this position until 1931. Among his published work is The
Unpardonable Sin (1907); an edition of the Poems and Songs of
Robert Burns and The Man in the Pulpit
