Florence Douglas is a Trinidadian former cricketer who played as a bowler. She appeared in three One Day Internationals for Trinidad and Tobago at the 1973 World Cup.

Douglas played in England for the Trinidad & Tobago Women's XI v. the Australia Women at Tringon 30 June 1973, and v. the England Women's XI at Wolverhampton on 20 July 1973.
