Charles Francis Hugh Keith Douglas (14 December 1886 - Bridgnorth, Shropshire, England, Deceased in May 1971 - possibly in, Guelph, Ontario, Canada) was the son of Francis Sandford Keith Douglas and Agnes Mary Duncan.

Educated Christ's Hospital, employed with British Columbia Forestry service-1914  He enlisted with Canadian Mc-d Rifles (1914), reaching the rank of major , participating in WWI (1915-possibly 1918), He was awarded the M.C. in 1916.

 

He was an agent for Soldiers Settlement on Vancouver Island.

 

A participant in WWII as a captain and Q.M. in the 11th Field Ambulance (R.F.), Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps

 

He was married first to Clara Henrietta Howard Nicolay, whom he divorced and then to Clara Henrietta Howard Nicolay.
