Wilhelm Ludwig Karl Graf von Douglas (born 8th February 1849 in Geneva, died 22nd April 1908 in Gondelsheim) was a German-Swedish landowner and a member of the German Reichstag.

Wilhelm was the eldest son of the Swedish nobleman Carl Israel Douglas and his wife Louise Katharina Countess of Langenstein and Gondelsheim, an illegitimate daughter of the Baden Grand Duke Ludwig. His younger brother was the Swedish Reichsmarschall and Foreign Minister, Ludvig Douglas.

He first attended schools in Switzerland (Hofwyhl), then in Cannstatt, Stuttgart and from 1867 the Polytechnic in Karlsruhe.

In late 1869 he joined the 20th Dragoon Regiment and made the war as a lieutenant in 1870/71 and became a Knight of the Iron Cross. In 1872 he was transferred to the regiment of the Gardes du Corps and joined in 1880 to the reserve officers of the regiment.

Then he devoted himself to the management of Gondelsheim and Langenstein at Stockach. He was a member of the district assemblies of the districts of Constance and Karlsruhe, and a member of the German Agricultural Society since 1886.

From January 1888 to 1898 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Baden 13 (Bretten, Sinsheim) and the German Conservative Party.
