Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting between and carried on by us the undersigned, Robert Douglas and James Douglas, at Bradford, in the county of York, as Drapers and Tea Dealers, under the style or firm of R. and J. Douglas, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing to or by the said partnership concern will be received and paid by the said Robert Douglas, who will in future carry on the said business: As witness our hands this 24th day of April 1847.

James Douglas.

•  John Douglas was a successful merchant in Bradford at this time.
