From Huntington, WV Herald-Dispatch
"Monday, Feb 2, has been decreed "Marie M. Case Day" at Trinity Episcopal Church and on that day, according to Rector Robert Thomas' proclamation, gratitudes will be showered upon said Marie M. Case. She has served the parish for 13 years as just about everybody's secretary. Described as a fierce bridge partner and typist par-excellence. Marie will be honored at a tea, after which she will be escorted to lunch. Marie will take letters Feb. 2, but they will be from other people. Don't know about the groundhog, but Marie will sure be coming out of the shadows that day....".
