- Emory was one of the first master plumbers in Yancey County. He operated a plumbing business in Burnsville for several years. Arrie: The Riddle Bible provided by the Rev. John Randolph "Randy" Riddle shows that "M. E. Riddle and Arabell Randolph was married Dec. 24, in year 1907". It also shows the Arabell died February 28, 1969. [4]
