- He grew up in Charleston and was a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Charleston. Rob was a graduate of George Washington High School. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Davis and Elkins College in 1984. Upon graduating, he moved to Charlotte, N.C. where he worked for USAir, and resided until 2015. Rob's life was made rich through his devotion to family and friends, his love of gardening, and the joy of travel. He was passionate about the well-being of animals, and many received his loving care over the years.
