ldred/Aelfred, there is some uncertainty as to whether Eldred, lord ofKendal and father of Ketel, was the same person as Aelfred de Tailbois,father of Gilbert de Frunesco. Whilst this seems very likely, we have yetto see this confirmed to our full satisfaction.
(2) The connection between William de Lancaster, lord of Kendal, andRoger FitzReinfride is provided by 'Mathematical'. William's ancestry isprovided by various web sites, including 'Mathematical'. Most of thedates seen reported for the earliest generations have been ignored asthey are clearly inconsistent.
