"Mrs. Lewis Reynolds: Mrs. Lewis Reynolds, formally of Brown Valley,died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leo Thompson while atCrawfordsville on Saturday evening. Survived by her husband and twodaughters, Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Carrie Conner. 15 grandchildren, 11great grandchildren. Services at Brown Valley Christian Church onTuesday morning. MARY REYNOLDS DIES NEAR CITY
RESIDENT OF BROWN'S VALLEY DIES AFTER TWO WEEKS' ILLNESS .
Mrs. Mary Wright Reynolds, age 72, died at the home of her daughter,Mrs. Leo Thompson, three miles west or Crawfordsville at 6 o?clockSaturday evening following an illness of two weeks due to influenza.Mrs. Wright was born in Lyon, Ia., Nov. 30, 1859, the daughter ofJames Crawford and Caroline Hill Wright. She was married in 1879 toLewis W. Reynolds, who survives her. She spent the majority of herlife in and around Brown?s Valley, becoming a member of the Brown'sValley Christian church. Those surviving in addition to the husband,are two daughters, Mrs. Carrie Conner, and Mrs. Pearl Thompson, bothliving near Crawfordsville; fifteen grandchildren; eleven greatgrandchildren and one sister Mrs. Rose Kesselring, of Alexandria. Onedaughter, Mabel Reynolds French, preceded her in death. Services willbe held at 10:30 0?clock Tuesday morning at the Brown?s ValleyChristian church. Internment will be at the Old Union cemetery nearWaveland.
