Per his death recordprovided by Amy Hough Terry on 07 April 2005, it states that he was an80 years old, white male, when he died in Bloomington, at the McLeanCounty Farm in Illinois, plus that he was also buried on the farm aswell on 15 February 1932. His birth place and parents names were notgiven--stated "not available". The copy of this record is kept inthe Douglass Family Records.
