Latimerstown mortgage papers drawn up between William Allen and Rev. Richard Allen White and Robert John Allen on 28 Dec 1881 refer to an earlier settlement dated 9 Apr 1828, which was executed prior to the marriage of "the said Thomas White and Hannah Nunn Allen." This "indenture of marriage settlement...(was) made between Rev. Thomas White of the first part, Mary Allen and Hannah Nunn Allen of the second part...the said Mary Allen assigned to William White and John Allen in trust for Hannah Nunn Allen." Less than two weeks earlier on 31 Mar 1828, a lease had been made by Arthur Annesley to Mary Allen for Little Latimerstown a.k.a. Starvehall, so this marriage settlement may refer to this property.
This document also lists the children of Thomas White and Hannah Nunn Allen as follows: Mary Allen White, Ellen Forster (White) Mason, William White, Robert Allen White, Thomas White (deceased), Richard Allen White, Isabella Frances Lupidge (White) Richardson.
