Mr. Stewart Douglas-Mann (Born 1938) has been consultant of Patsystems plc since April 19, 2007. Mr. Douglas-Mann serves as a Consultant to a number of firms and companies including the Corporate Finance Division of Investec Bank (UK) Limited.

Mr. Douglas-Mann served as Managing Director of the London Stock Exchange and Head of Corporate Finance of Guinness Mahon & Co., which was acquired by Investec in 1998. He served as a Partner of a City law firm before moving into investment banking since 1972.

Prior to his retirement in 2003 as a Senior Director of Corporate Finance at Investec Bank, his senior appointments included Corporate Finance Director at Charterhouse Bank and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Hoare Govett. Mr. Douglas-Mann has been Chairman of IFA Holding Company Ltd. (also known as Lynx Group PLC) since August 1998. He has been a Director of IFA Holding Company Ltd. since August 1998.

He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Spectron Group PLC, which operates an OTC market in energy contracts. He served as a Director of Patsystems PLC from May 10, 2010 January 26, 2012 and previously served as its Non Executive Director from 2000 to April 19, 2007. He served as a Non Executive Director of Attentiv Systems Group PLC from March 11, 2004 to May 2005.

He served as a Non-Executive Director of Wainhomes PLC. Mr. Douglas-Mann holds a B.A. from Oxon.
