This coat of arms is found at St Kevin's Roman Catholic Church in Bargeddie, near Glasgow.

The motto, In ipso speravit cor meum, would appear to be from this verse of the Psalms:

Dominus adjutor meus et protector meus;
in ipso speravit cor meum, et adjutus sum:
et refloruit caro mea,
et ex voluntate mea confitebor ei.

The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him, and I am helped:
And my flesh has flourished,
and with my will I will give praise to him.

It is possible this is the armorial of Bishop Edward Douglas.
