AMASA CASE married five wives. 1. Elizabeth, daughter of Robert Hoskins, in 1752; she died May 27, 1764. 2. Widow (???) Viets, about 1766; she died about 1785. 3. Widow Abigail Griswold, daughter of David Phelps; she died October 4, 1798. 4. Widow Charity Cornish, daughter of John Pettibone, 3d; she died October 5, 1803, aged 53. 5. Widow Sarah Graham, daughter of Benajah Humphrey; she was his fifth wife, and he was her fourth husband. They resided in Terry's Plain, in Simsbury.
Deacon Amasa Case died August 18, 1824.
